Makeup, hair, some styling (and product sourcing) and photography assistance by the awesome Bethany Owen. You may recognize the location (boat!) from my modeling archives — and there are more to come, because you don’t just book a boat shoot and don’t take your camera with you. Even if you’re modeling the thing.
This outfit wasn’t part of the shoot itself, but it borrowed a bikini from it… and the location and makeup and hair. Multitasking is my jam. Actually, it only borrowed the bikini bottom, because the racerback is really tight — I thought it would be stretchy, so I got a size 6, and it is stretchy in some ways, but it takes its job of keeping your boobs in place very seriously. A good thing, that, since I can’t fit a bra underneath. ;)
There’s something really swimweary about the fabric that makes it incredibly comfortable and makes the turquoise color feel just right.
Since it’s no longer summer, I’m also sharing some ideas for how to wear this racerback now that it’s colder out — to the gym, and in your everyday life, sports casual style.
Do you incorporate fitwear into your everyday style?
